By accessing or using the NodeMesh Gateway service (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
NodeMesh provides a managed API gateway, reverse proxy, and tunneling solution that allows users to expose local services, manage routes, and monitor traffic.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. The Service cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
API keys are your responsibility. You agree to keep them secret. NodeMesh may enforce rate limits to ensure fair usage of the platform.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
In no event shall NodeMesh be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
